70X Non-Contact Laser Diameter Gauge is an independently developed measuring instrument.
It features a measuring range of 1mm to 70mm, covering regular products under 50mm and medium-sized products of 50mm to 70mm, which fills the range gap between 50X and 100X laser diameter gauges.

Equipped with a built-in dedicated diameter controller for wire and cable production, this laser measuring device can be connected with extruders, wire drawing machines and 3D extruders. It automatically corrects and adjusts production size according to real-time laser diameter feedback data.

This gauge delivers stable detection performance, with measurement accuracy of ±10μm±0.008%×Z, resolution of 0.001mm, and 1400Hz high-frequency continuous non-contact scanning speed.

With complete international qualification certifications and a reinforced mounting bracket, it supports flexible installation before and after cooling tanks for on-line production monitoring, as well as offline batch inspection in QC laboratories.

1. Closed-loop Control by Wire OD Controller(Core Advantage)
This laser diameter gauge uses standard RS485 Modbus RTU to link mainstream extruder PLC, auto speed correction once dimension out of tolerance; Modbus TCP/Profinet optional for intelligent production line.
