Overview

70X Non-Contact Diameter Gauge is self-developed non-contact diameter gauge, 1~70mm range covers conventional goods below50mm and medium-size products 50~70mm, filling the gap between 50X and 100X Laser Diameter Measurement. Built-in Diameter Controller For Wire Cable, this laser diameter measuring device connects extruder, wire-drawing machine and 3D extruder to adjust output dimension automatically based on real-time laser diameter measurement data.

Accuracy ±10μm±0.008%×Z, resolution 0.001mm, 1400Hz continuous non-contact scanning; full international certifications with reinforced bracket for flexible installation before/after cooling tank or offline QC lab batch testing.

This laser diameter gauge uses standard RS485 Modbus RTU to link mainstream extruder PLC, auto speed correction once dimension out of tolerance; Modbus TCP/Profinet optional for intelligent production line.
