The measuring instrument is equipped with high-precision laser scanning system andembedded digital processing circuit. The diameter signal produced by the scanning systemis firstly converted into digital signal to obtain practical diameter value and related datathrough series of calculations and processing. The output interface of diameter measuringinstrument contains 1 485 communication interface and 2 synchronic serial ports. The dataof diameter measuring instrument could be transmitted to PC or remote controller through485 communication interface. It can be connected with operation panel and remotecontrollers and displays of various dimensions through synchronic serial port to realizeremote control and display.
