Equipped with standard RS485 (Modbus RTU) communication interface, they can be seamlessly connected with extruders, haul-off machines and wire drawing machines. The QP-25A features a scanning rate of 600 to 1000 times per second, while the QP-25X reaches 1400 scans per second. Built to industrial standards with IP65 protection rating, the products are dustproof and waterproof, capable of steady operation in harsh workshop environments.
The QP-02X handheld laser diameter gauge, specially developed for ultra-fine wires, also attracted great attention. It covers a measuring range of 0.02-3mm with an ultra-high accuracy of ±0.0002mm and a scanning speed of 10,000 times per second. Featuring a dual display system of touch screen and OLED screen, as well as both wired and wireless communication functions, it supports portable spot inspection and continuous inline monitoring, perfectly meeting the high-precision testing demands for fine wires and miniature components. Impressed by the comprehensive performance, many customers completed purchases on the spot.
