Designed for dual-axis online diameter measurement, this model offers a measuring range of 0.05–17 mm, with accuracy up to ±1 μm ±0.008%×Z and a scanning speed of 1400 times/second. It supports real-time size monitoring and is equipped with an audible and visual alarm for out-of-tolerance products. With standard RS485 (Modbus RTU) and optional network ports (Modbus TCP/Profinet), it can be seamlessly integrated into automated extrusion lines for wire, cable, tubing, and profile products.
A cost-effective industrial-grade gauge with a 0.1–25 mm measuring range and 0.001 mm resolution. It adopts high-speed laser scanning and digital processing to support stable operation in high-speed extrusion and drawing lines. Featuring non-contact detection, it prevents scratches or damage to soft materials such as plastic tubes, metal wires, and profiles. Certified with CE, SGS, ISO, and TUV, it is widely used in wire & cable, plastic processing, metal drawing, and building materials industries.
Specially developed for ultra-fine wire and micro-component measurement, with a range of 0.02–3 mm and industry-leading accuracy of ±0.0002 mm. The scanning speed reaches up to 10,000 times/second, ensuring stable detection even in high-speed production. It uses a touchscreen + OLED dual-display system and supports both wired and wireless communication. Its portable design allows flexible use in fixed online monitoring or random offline sampling, ideal for fine wire, medical tubing, optical fiber, automotive, and precision component applications.
