Original Production Pain Points

Before cooperating with us, the factory adopted two Japanese wire take-up machines for thin wire processing, which brought two prominent production defects:

1. Poor coiling effect of thin wires with messy arrangement, failing to meet end customers’ acceptance standards and leading to high defective rates.

2. Wire jamming and unsmooth wire feeding when running at high speed, resulting in unstable high-speed production.

Traditional machines integrate the coiling motor and vibration motor into one unit, where the vibration and wire take-up operations interfere with each other.
