QP200X is an in-house developed single-axis laser diameter gauge from Qipang. It supports a maximum measuring range of 200mm, suitable for inline dimensional inspection on all small, medium and large wire & cable extrusion production lines, serving as core quality control equipment for cable manufacturers.
The main unit comes with a CNC operation panel, displaying real-time measured diameter, tolerance deviation and statistical data.
Compatible with external dual-sided large digital display screens for long-distance visual readout. Workshop inspectors can clearly view real-time wire diameter data without approaching the machine, with highlighted alerts for out-of-spec values.
Wide measuring range compatibility: Single-axis measuring structure with a 200mm max measuring range, compatible with thin electronic wires, automotive wiring harnesses, heavy-duty industrial cables and various other wire products.
Supports 24/7 non-stop inline inspection, accurately capturing tiny wire diameter fluctuations during extrusion to cut down defective out-of-spec finished products.
Signal linkage function: Connectable with extruders, take-up machines, spark testers and other auxiliary equipment. Automatic alarms trigger when wire diameter exceeds tolerance, with linked rejection of defective wires.
