The SCR-25AR 0.1-25mm laser diameter measuring instrument adopts advanced non-contact optical measurement technology, with a wide measuring range of 0.1mm-25mm (1/256"-63/64"), which can cover the diameter detection of most industrial medium and large-spec workpieces such as power cables, plastic pipes and industrial hoses. The non-contact measurement mode avoids the surface scratch and deformation of workpieces caused by contact measurement, and is suitable for the detection of soft and hard workpieces.
Equipped with a professional PLC touchscreen non-contact optical diameter gauge operation panel, it abandons the complex button operation of traditional equipment. The graphical touch interface is simple and easy to operate, and the measurement data such as diameter value, deviation and alarm count are displayed in real time. The full English interface design meets the operation needs of overseas B-end users, reducing the learning cost of cross-border production teams.
The product is configured with a 600-1000 times/second adjustable high-speed scanning system, which can flexibly adjust the scanning speed according to the production speed of the workpiece.
