The 25X Single Axis Laser Diameter Gauge is a high-cost performance non-contact optical measuring instrument independently developed by QIPANG, focusing on the one-dimensional diameter online detection of various industrial cylindrical workpieces. Aimed at B-end manufacturing enterprises pursuing high efficiency and precision in single-direction dimension control, this gauge covers a 0.1-25mm measuring range with 0.001mm high resolution and 1400 times/second high-speed laser scanning, realizing real-time, dynamic and non-destructive measurement of workpieces in the production process. Equipped with high-speed laser scanning module and digital processing chip, the gauge realizes 1400 times/second ultra-fast scanning, which can keep pace with the high-speed extrusion and drawing production lines, and feed back the workpiece diameter data in real time, realizing the dynamic tracking of production process dimensions.
With a measurement accuracy of ±1μm±0.008%×Z (Z=nominal diameter) and a fixed resolution of 0.001mm, the gauge can accurately capture the micro-dimension changes of workpieces, ensuring the consistency of product dimensions. The core components are imported with high quality, and the performance is stable and reliable for long-term continuous operation.
Adopting non-contact optical measurement principle, the gauge does not contact the workpiece surface during the measurement process, avoiding workpiece wear and scratch caused by contact measurement, and is especially suitable for the detection of soft workpieces such as plastic wires and thin metal wires.
Standard RS485 (Modbus RTU) communication interface is configured, and Modbus TCP/Profinet network port is optional, which can be quickly connected with PLC, extruder and production line control system, realizing remote data transmission and parameter adjustment, and realizing the automation of quality control.
The gauge is designed with industrial-grade protection, which can work stably in the ambient temperature of -5～40℃, adapting to the harsh environment of industrial workshops such as dust and temperature change. With power consumption ≤12W, it saves energy and reduces consumption, and the daily operation cost is extremely low.
