The 15XY Dual Axis Laser Diameter Gauge is a universal dual-axis non-contact laser measuring equipment designed for mass-production workshops across multiple industries. Adopting vertical X/Y dual laser optical paths, it solves the defects of single-axis gauges that only measure one-way diameter and miss section eccentricity or roundness defects. It collects bidirectional OD readings and automatically calculates ovality in real time, with stable measuring accuracy of ±1μm±0.008%×Z and fixed resolution at 0.001mm(0.000039"), supporting 1400Hz lossless dynamic scanning. It holds complete international certifications including CE, SGS, ISO and TUV.
Its core differentiated configuration is an independent built-in sound-light alarm panel on the main unit. Users can customize tolerance thresholds to trigger audio & visual warnings automatically; remove defective workpieces or press any panel key to reset the alarm with one click. The operating temperature range extends to -10℃~40℃, adapting to large extrusion workshops with severe temperature fluctuations and poor heat dissipation. Equipped with standard RS485 Modbus RTU communication, optional Modbus TCP and Profinet industrial Ethernet link extruders and haulers to realize automatic speed adjustment based on dual parameters of OD and ovality. Adjust parameter BUZ-M to non-zero values to activate tolerance alerts. When workpiece OD or ovality exceeds preset upper/lower limits, sound and light signals will remind operators simultaneously. It can link extruders and haul-off machines to automatically adjust line speed once any dimension parameter exceeds tolerance, building dual hardware & software protection against defective outflow.

The multi-size tubing online roundness monitor adopts imported original optical core components and optimized sealing protection for large extrusion plants with high temperature, drastic temperature changes and heavy dust. It runs nonstop for 24 hours steadily between -10℃ and 40℃ without drift on OD and ovality readings. Compared with the 3XY only suitable for constant-temperature precision labs at -5℃~40℃, the 15XY delivers stronger environmental adaptability for all-day continuous mass production workshops with insufficient heat dissipation.
4. 90° orthogonal dual optical paths for synchronous OD & ovality detection
The extrusion dual-dimension closed-loop controller with sound-light alarm is fitted with two vertically arranged laser emitters to capture OD values from two perpendicular directions at the same time. Built-in calculation algorithms output ovality readings instantly to accurately identify section eccentricity caused by die wear, material stretching or uneven traction force, avoiding hidden oval defects missed by single-point single-axis measurement. The whole testing process applies non-contact optical scanning without physical friction or extrusion on materials, eliminating indentation and tensile deformation on soft medical capillary tubes, annealed fine metal wires and flexible TPU filaments to greatly reduce scrap loss from contact calipers.
