QP-200A OD Controller

Operational panel is installed above measuring head. It is used for setting parameters ofdata display. There are two rows of nixie tube, which could display two groups of data andadjust angle at random.
Remote controller is mainly used for automatic control. It receives data including thediameter and deviation value of diameter measuring instrument through synchronic serialport and 485 communication interface. Remote controller generates PID regulatory signalthrough data it receives to control the rotating speed of tractor so as to finally control wirediameter.
