QIPANG QP-30L On-line Wire Length Measuring Counter is a professional industrial measuring device designed for real-time on-line length measurement of linear products such as wires, cables and pipes. Targeting the pain points of material waste and unqualified product length caused by inaccurate manual measurement in mass production, this counter features high precision (1.5‰ for extrusion, 2‰ for rewinding/twisted wire), 0-200M/Min high-speed adaptability and 0-99999.9M large counting range, realizing accurate length counting for high-speed moving workpieces. Adapted to wire diameters of 1mm-30mm and a maximum wire speed of 0-200M/Min, this on-line cable length counter is suitable for high-speed extrusion, rewinding and twisting processes of various linear products. The meter wheel is available in rubber and ceramic-coated materials, with the ceramic-coated wheel for hard workpieces such as steel wire ropes and metal rods, and the rubber wheel for soft materials such as cables and hoses, realizing material-specific measurement.
Equipped with dual compression methods (pressure rod/handwheel) and a spring vertical pressing structure, the counter ensures close contact between the meter wheel and the workpiece without slipping, improving counting accuracy. The center height is adjustable from 900 to 1100mm, fitting different production line layouts and realizing flexible on-site installation. The inductive sensor with optional encoder further enhances the stability and accuracy of counting signals.
The optional RS485 signal output supports linkage with extruders, winding machines and other production line equipment, realizing real-time data transmission and centralized management of length data.
