Featuring a robust end-shaft structure and cast-welded frame, this equipment supports two flexible installation methods: foundation type (with pit digging for enhanced stability) and standard type (fixed with expansion screws for easy deployment). The equipment adopts an end-shaft structure with a reinforced cast and welded frame, ensuring superior stability under heavy load conditions. The two reel centers are driven by dual motors via cycloidal reducers and lead screw nuts, supporting independent or simultaneous lifting. It is equipped with both mechanical and electrical protection devices, ensuring safe operation during long-term high-intensity production, with a maximum load capacity of up to 8T.
Our cable take up and pay off machine supports a wide range of reel sizes, with compatible reel outer diameters from Φ800mm to Φ3500mm, and adjustable reel width to match different production needs. It can be equipped with different sizes of center sleeves to adapt to various reel specifications, and supports customization of cable diameter adaptation, winding speed, and load capacity according to your process requirements.
Equipped with high-performance torque motors or AC variable frequency main motors, the equipment delivers stable winding tension and precise speed control, with a maximum take-up speed of up to 120m/min. The independent cable arrangement motor ensures uniform and neat winding, avoiding wire crossing and irregular arrangement, greatly improving the finished product quality and production efficiency of your cable manufacturing line.
